GEORGIA FROM THE OTHER SIDE

The London Financial Times of August 12, 2008 published a statement by the Russian minister of foreign affairs, Sergei Lavrov, entitled Why Russia’s response to Georgia was right, which I'm passing on for consideration by those who uncritically buy the line of a land-grabbing aggressor invading a peaceful democratic state, to let them be their own judge. As far as I'm concerned, the credibility of western political leaders and professional invertebrates of the mass media who distribute handouts for them bottomed out at as close to zero as makes no difference a long time ago.
